It is a perennial herbaceous plant without a shaft, equipped with rhizomes which from appear stolons, tender leaves with long petiole, self fertile white flowers. It is divided into field strawberries and wild strawberries. In the first ones, there are several varieties, some re-flowering calls, others called of season.
